It is difficult for me to personally provide support for all members, although I try very hard.

In the event that you are having a problem, and all else fails, then I suggest that you actually contact me. Please be sure to have tried the FAQ, beforehand.

If you have a problem that is not listed in the FAQ then contact me and provide me with precise details, file name and the text of error messages. I will do what I can to resolve your problem.

When considering response time from me, please keep in mind that I am on the west coast of the United States. I read, write and speak only English so please contact me only in English. I *should* be able to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Feedback is always appreciated. Unless otherwise specified, positive feedback will be posted to the main page of the web site and will include your name. If you don't wish me to use your name in the feedback on the main page, you must indicate this in your message. You may also post your feedback in the guest book.
